Co-Founder and CTO
Over 23 years, Alexei has built software for major Canadian banks and organizations in retail, healthcare, manufacturing and workforce management. He leads Civic Touch engineering from design through launch, with a focus on reliable, secure and accessible digital products.

Marc has spent more than 20 years leading enterprise software products for customer, billing and operational systems at major communications providers. At Civic Touch, he turns complex service processes into clear, intuitive experiences for residents and municipal teams.
